❓ What is IV Therapy?

❓ Is IV therapy safe?

Yes! Our treatments are administered by licensed medical professionals who are trained in IV placement and emergency protocols. All ingredients are sourced from reputable compounding pharmacies and prepared following strict safety standards.

❓ Where do your vitamins and supplies come from?

All of our infusion vitamins, nutrients, and Niagen products are sourced from a 503B FDA-registered compounding pharmacy.

Products are manufactured under strict sterile conditions
Every batch is tested for potency, sterility, and safety
It's the same standard used by hospitals and surgical centers

Using a 503B facility ensures the highest level of safety and quality for you during your infusion.

❓ How long does an IV infusion take?

Most infusions take 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the treatment selected. Quick injections, like a B12 shot, may take less than 5 minutes.

❓ Who can receive IV therapy?

IV therapy is ideal for most healthy adults. However, we do not treat anyone who is:

Pregnant or breastfeeding
Under 18 years old
Experiencing unstable medical conditions (e.g. CHF, renal failure, severe infections)

We'll screen you before treatment to make sure it's safe and appropriate.

❓ Where are you located?

We're based in Howell, Michigan, but we’re fully mobile and travel statewide for groups or special events!

❓ Is there a travel fee for mobile services?

We offer free travel within 30 miles of Howell, MI for all services.
• A $50 travel fee applies for distances between 30–100 miles.
• A $100 travel fee applies for any other location in Michigan’s lower peninsula.

🚗We do not travel past 50 miles at this time for an injection alone. It must be accompanied by an infusion for any distance beyond 50 miles.

✅ Travel fees are waived for groups of 5 or more, regardless of distance.

❓ How do I prepare for my appointment?

❓ What’s your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the $100 deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and mobile payments through Stripe.
💡 Please check with your HSA/FSA provider to confirm that IV therapy is an eligible expense under your plan.

❓ I don’t see an appointment time that works — what should I do?

We try to be as flexible as possible! Sometimes our software doesn't get it right. If you don’t see a time slot that works with your schedule, reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
