Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy At Flow Wellness, we strive to provide the best service to all our clients. In order to maintain the highest quality of care, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies: Cancellations: • We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to loosing deposit. • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled treatment. Refunds: • Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Flow Wellness and may depend on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contactus@thisisflowwellness.com. Deposits: • A deposit may be required to book certain treatments, and it will be applied to the total cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to cancel within the required 48-hour window.
